- Degree in Business with Human Resource Management
- Masters degree in Human Resource Management
What do I do?
- Finding candidates for roles throughout various disciplines in our wider team
- All duties relating to the recruitment process
- First contact candidates have with the studio
- Liaise with all teams to identify their needs as our team grows
What is good about my job?
- Getting to speak to and meet with people all over the world
- Working with a passionate and creative team
- Opportunity to learn and grow
What soft skills are important in my job?
- Patience
- Empathy
- Passion / Self-drive
My one piece of advice to school students:
Choose the right path for you, you may not take the traditional education route, but regardless make sure you plan your journey well.
What I wanted to be at age 11?
A nurse, until I split my head and the sight of blood almost made me faint
