• Provide advanced tech support to clients to enhance their customer experience
• Ensure Learning Pool products are running smoothly in the cloud
• Maintain Learning Management Systems including all hardware and software

 What is good about my job?

• Working in a positive team environment
• Learning the latest technologies and being able to complete qualifications

What soft skills are important in my job?

• Communication across all departments and levels of staff
• Teamwork to ensure problems are solved quickly
• Being proactive to avoid any down time

1 piece of advice for school students

Ask for help when you need it and take notes on everything to prepare you for work.

 

What did you want to be when you were starting secondary school?

I wanted to be an electrician until I started fixing laptops and building websites and realised I was actually very good at IT.
