- GCSEs and A Levels
- Degree in English
- Started as Analyst 1 and moved to Analyst 2
What do I do?
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) on the clients of investment banks to verify their identity and assess the money laundering / financial crime risk posed by them
What is good about my job?
- Work/life balance with flexible working between the office and home
- Working with clients from all over the world
- The great spirit of team working

- Strong communication skills

1 piece of advice for school students
- Be open to opportunities outside of your comfort zone. Keep an open mind regarding your career so you don’t limit yourself!
What did you want to be when you were starting secondary school?
- Primary school teaching, but I was never really sure so I focused on working hard at the subjects I enjoyed in school.
